Mike leverages his expertise in the life sciences, managed markets, specialty pharmacy distribution, and patient engagement to help clients maximize the value of their products. Mike also brings his diverse knowledge of data and analytics; his understanding of the commercial process, trends, and regulations; and his extensive network of industry partners to further assist our clients.

James has 20+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales leadership, customer relationship management, multi-channel marketing, master data management, and business intelligence; all gained within pharmaceutical, software, and marketing companies. James is an acknowledged “go-to subject matter expert” with an exceptional track record for turnarounds and completion on time and within budget. He effectively manages resources, technical talent, vendors, and client expectations to ensure focus on the project goals and estimates.

Mihales Karasavas, Chief Strategy Officer, specializes in crafting right-sized solutions comprised of people, processes, and technology to improve the commercial readiness of all distribution models for emerging biotech organizations. Mihales is a patient-centric practice leader for sales, delivery, and ongoing support of information technology and commercial operations solutions for pharma and biotech manufacturers. His 20+ years of experience in consulting and technology services delivery spans emerging biopharma product launch planning; operations planning, implementation, and support; data strategy and data flow architecture; process improvement; and patient Hub operations.
